What are the clinic timings?
Both clinics are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, and closed on Sundays and public holidays. For queries outside clinic hours, message us on WhatsApp.
How do I book an appointment?

Is online video consultation available?
Yes — useful if you are outside Prakasam district or cannot travel. Message 8309866553 on WhatsApp to confirm a slot. Payment is by UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe or NEFT once the slot is confirmed, and a video call link is then shared with you.
Online consultation suits follow-ups, prescription reviews and clearly visible conditions. Some problems genuinely need an in-person examination, and we will tell you if yours does rather than take the fee.
How long before I see results?
It depends entirely on the condition:
- Acne, fungal infection — usually visible improvement in 4–8 weeks.
- Hair loss — 3–6 months before meaningful regrowth; earlier photos mostly show reduced shedding.
- Vitiligo, psoriasis — long-term conditions that are controlled rather than cured, reviewed over months.
A realistic timeline for your specific case is explained at the first consultation. Anyone promising a faster cure is worth being cautious about.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards, and net banking. All payments in Indian Rupees (₹).
Do you treat children?
Yes, patients of all ages. Conditions we commonly see in children include eczema, ringworm (tinea), molluscum contagiosum, warts and birthmark evaluation. A parent should accompany the child during the consultation.
Are STD consultations confidential?
Completely. Consultations happen in a private, non-judgemental setting and your details are not shared with family or anyone else. If you would prefer a quieter time of day, mention it when booking and we will arrange it.
Can I get a prescription refill without visiting?
Often yes, for treatment already in progress. Send a photo of your previous prescription to WhatsApp 8309866553; it will be reviewed before any advice is given. Some medicines do require review in person before they are continued.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
- Previous prescriptions or reports relating to the condition
- A list of medicines you currently take
- Any photos showing how the condition has changed over time
- Aadhaar card or other government photo ID
